Where are our pieces made?

All our fine jewellery pieces are handcrafted in Singapore by experienced traditional (aka Kim Tiam) artisanal craftsmen.

Please use warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush to clean your 18k solid gold fine jewellery. Be careful of more brittle gemstones like Emerald.

For ready-made collection, we offer one resizing for free. As for bespoke order, the ring should be handcrafted to fit you perfectly. If you require another resizing, a small fee of SGD 50 will be charged. Shipping fee if required will be charged separately.

What are the payment options?

Currently we accept PayNow as well as bank transfer.

How do you ship and when will my order arrive?

We ship using a courier service. Free shipping within Singapore for all purchases. And your order should arrive within 5 working days.

For all customised and bespoke orders, they will be ready to ship in about 6 - 8 weeks.

If you need your order to be expedited, please email us before purchasing and we will try our best to make it work for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can though shipping fee is not included for overseas shipment. Courier service option and shipping fee will be advised before purchase.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All of our fine jewellery pieces are handcrafted. Each piece is checked for quality before we deliver to our customers. We do not accept returns, but if you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact us.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not accept cancellation once order is confirmed. But if you have any doubt, do speak to us so we can work to resolve your concern.

What is your privacy policy?

Kim Tiam FJ is committed to ensure your personal information entered in our website are safe and secure. Any information that you provide to us will be kept private and confidential and used only to improve on our service to you and to fulfil an order contract with you. We will not share your personal information with other parties without your consent, except as required by law.
